We are the data controller for the information described in this policy.

If you use the enquiry form in our Contact section, we collect the details you enter: your name, your email address, the pen type you are interested in, and the description of your idea.

If you use the pen configurator, we collect the choices you make about wood, acrylic, pen type and hardware finish at the point you send them to us.

We do not create visitor accounts, and we do not ask for or collect payment card details on this website.

Neither the enquiry form nor the configurator saves your details on this website. When you send either one, your answers are placed into a WhatsApp message on your own device, which you then send to us. Your information therefore passes through WhatsApp, owned by Meta Platforms, and is handled under their privacy terms as well as this one. We receive and store it in our WhatsApp inbox. If you email us instead, we receive and store your message in our email account.

We use it only to reply to you, to quote and make the piece you asked about, and to keep ordinary business records. We do not use it for advertising and we do not sell it to anyone.

Our website host records standard technical information such as your device type, browser, and approximate location. This is used to keep the site running and secure.

Fonts on this site are loaded from Google, which may receive your device information when a page loads, under its own privacy policy.

We do not run advertising or profiling trackers on this site.

Part of this site is a password protected area used only by DelC's Woodworks to update product photographs and gallery content. It is not open to visitors, and no visitor information is stored there. Login details for that area belong to us alone and are protected by the security controls of our website and database providers.

We share personal information only with the providers that help us operate this website and our messaging, namely our website hosting and database provider, Google for fonts, and WhatsApp for enquiries. We may also disclose information where the law requires it.

We keep enquiry details only as long as we need them to deal with your request and to meet our record keeping and tax obligations. After that they are deleted.

Under the Data Protection Act, 2019 you may ask us to:

• confirm what personal information we hold about you and give you a copy
• correct information that is wrong or no longer accurate
• delete information we no longer need
• stop using your information for a particular purpose
• provide your information in a portable format

To make a request, contact us using the details in section 1. We will respond as quickly as we reasonably can.

If you are not satisfied with how we have handled your personal information, you may complain to the Office of the Data Protection Commissioner of Barbados.

If we change how we handle personal information, we will update this page and change the date shown at the top.
